At Prime Honda, the salesman who called Simon Suen gave me very friendly and professional service. There are many great Honda cars, both new and used. The used Honda Civic I bought satisfied me really well. But there is one thing need to be make sure before you go to the dealership in person, which is the availability of the car you are interested in. Overall very good. More

Great service and comfortable space Came in today for my first oil change. First one was free - had no idea! (I believe you need a Honda for this to apply.) Service was fast. It took 40 mins for an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. They definitely go out of their way to make you comfortable while you wait - comfy chairs, WiFi, good coffee, donuts, a movie playing.. Can’t speak much to prices because this one was free, but I’ll definitely be bringing my car back, and if they do happen to be a bit over market price, it’ll be worth it. More

Great experience leasing car from Prime Honda I went in to Prime Honda to lease a 2018 Honda Accord 2.0T, and Ricky Ulysse (Sales & Leasing Consultant) was assigned to help me. From the moment I I went in to Prime Honda to lease a 2018 Honda Accord 2.0T, and Ricky Ulysse (Sales & Leasing Consultant) was assigned to help me. From the moment I met Ricky, he was very polite and he paid careful attention to everything I said. Ricky could tell that I'd done my research and that I knew exactly what I wanted, and he didn't try to change my mind. Ricky and Lenny Goldwasser (General Sales Manger) worked very hard to come up with a great deal, which was very close to what I was looking for. Jeff Craig (Finance Manager) could see that I would probably have to wait quite a while to get my paperwork processed, so instead of going home at the end of his long shift, he stepped in and helped me right away. He processed all the paperwork very quickly and efficiently, minimizing the time that I had to wait. I scheduled with Ricky that I would turn in my existing leased 2015 Honda Accord, and pick the new one up, at 5:00pm on Friday, the day after we had a big snow storm. Ricky let me know that the new car would be ready at 3:00pm, which actually worked better for me than 5:00pm. When I arrived at 3:00pm, Ricky processed the lease turn in very quickly and efficiently. He then spent some time with me in my new Accord, and explained how everything worked - it's much more high tech than the 2015 Accord which I turned in. After that, I was on my way - a very happy and satisfied customer!!! More
