WILLL NOT HONOR AUTOTRADER ADVERTISED PRICE Dealer has an ad for 2018 Honda Civic Type R for $32,536.00 which is over $2,000.00 under MSRP. Every other dealer that has this limited production v Dealer has an ad for 2018 Honda Civic Type R for $32,536.00 which is over $2,000.00 under MSRP. Every other dealer that has this limited production vehicle will sell for thousands over sticker as the demand is greater than the supply, since there are only a few thousand made for 2017 & 2018. Contacted dealer and they claim the ad is a mistake and they are not responsible for their ads on 3rd party sites. Spoke to new car manager who apologized and said they are trying to fix it and REFUSED to sell the car at the advertised price. Autotrader has removed the ad and the dealer keeps relisting it at $32,526.00. Dealer also claims that they have contacted Autotrader and are trying to fix the ad. Anyone who has used Autotrader service knows that the listing is placed by the seller or dealer and can easily revise the ad online. Not a very good experience and does not establish any confidence in dealing with them. More
I get my car serviced here but bought somewhere else. While convienient to my location, I did not purchase my car here. The service department has discounts if you know where to look. They didn’t honor the tread of wear guarantee on my tires but did allow a 15 percent discount. Today the coffee was good the food was completely empty and the movie was a rerun from last time but good seating but only one out of two massage chairs work. Not sure if the outstanding recall issue was attended to. More

After the first alignment, I realized that they were just not thorough enough. My alignment is never done properly. My car still sways horribly. I complained one time about the issue and they redid it. It still was not done properly and they redid it again....alignment is still not good after three tries. Also, I paid near $500 for one of the service packages that comes with a full inspection. The service rep at the time failed to notify me that my axle seal was leaking. The only reason I found out was because I came back again to get my alignment looked at. They are negligent. I only go there because I have platinum warranty that can only be used there. I cannot wait until I switch cars in the future. When I ask for the manager I get the run around. Prime Honda has disappointed me many times. More
