The prime honda has "The Worst Possible" customer service. In brief this is how a sales person by name Wes talked to me: Wes: Hi Mr kaja Did you buy a car? Me: I have got a goo Possible" customer service. In brief this is how a sales person by name Wes talked to me: Wes: Hi Mr kaja Did you buy a car? Me: I have got a good deal with a "different dealer". I am trying to negotiate with them. Wes: Open your eyes Mr Kaja. You cannot get the car for free. Take the car when some one is offering you a good deal. Once i wrote a review in prime honda he calls back and says I did not mean it that way. What i meant was : "If you try to ask them for free you will get a good deal" and when i ask him in his service how many customers have asked him for a free car he says "Sir why are trying to be adamant and taking this to a whole next level". After some time some other person calls me and says what do you think will happen with writing a review. He also says do what ever you want once you are done with that let me know. This is the way how these f..king prime honda people deal you if you walk out. I promise myself i will never ask any one of my friends go there. More
Prime made this so easy, with their Market Value Priceing. Chan (internet) knocked 3,000+ off the MSRP before I even walked thru the door. Peter (sales consultant) Was Awesome, he understood that since we were still paying for my wifes CRV I needed to keep payments low. He did not try to sell me somthing I did not want. I was giving three payment options in writing, which I thought was great. Steve (trade in) made a first time offer on my trade (05 accord lx 78,000) that was right up there with Kelly bluebook. The numbers man was superb, he did his job offering all those extras he is required to offer, but did not push them after I explained about my wifes car payments. This was my third new car in 7 years, by far this was the easiest and most relaxing car buy. I drove it home that same night. My husband knew I was looking for another Honda Accord, but I wanted a specific color. He found it at Prime and we went to test drive. Our saleman, Johnny B. gave me all the past info on the car and I fel but I wanted a specific color. He found it at Prime and we went to test drive. Our saleman, Johnny B. gave me all the past info on the car and I felt very comfortable in it. My husband also was comfortable in it due to the power driver seat. You see, I am a foot shorter than my husband, so getting a great fit for both of us was difficult. The car has been great. The customer service at Prime is very accommodating, friendly,etc. The only maintenance I have had done since purchase in Sept. has been oil changes. This is my fifth Honda Accord and now that I have my "mystic metalic green", a remote starter, and rain guards, I feel like a queen. We show up to purchase the car, and they did not honor their quote! What a waste of time - stay clear of this dealership, they might be friendly, but they are not trustworthy. More
The salesman was great but the mid-level sales managers were basically old-school used car salesmen. However, the GM was very nice and down to Earth. Don't be lured into the "we're not a dealership" type of sales approach. These guys are regular car dealers in different packaging. Not having to negotiate was good. Big plus. Lifetime warranty was a huge part of my decision to buy at Prime. However, they take the book value of your trade and tell you that it isn't worth anywhere close to the trade-in value off of the KBB website site. Then in the same breath they tell you how great of a deal you're getting below the KBB dealer suggested pricing when you buy their car. One minute Kelley Blue Book is useless and inaccurate, then it's the perfect benchmark. Same old car dealer BS. Plus the KBB value they gave me didn't match the KBB value when I looked it up...it was inflated by about $2k. Buying a car sucks. I thought this would be a bit different and it was a tiny bit. I did go to Boch in Norwood before I went to Prime which was absolutely horrible and I walked out after 45 mins. Can I really recommend Prime? Maybe. They were 100x better than the Boch Honda down the street. Either way, I'm not going back. Were they horrible? No. Am I completely happy? No. I guess I expected to be blown away by their 'new' approach to car dealerships but I walked away just as aggravated as I always do when I buy a car. More
Had a great experience at Prime. I wasn't planning on buying, just looking. But I found a car at a great discounted price. I traded in the car that I drove in and drove out with a new car, a little over buying, just looking. But I found a car at a great discounted price. We decided to buy a new car from Prime Honda because of their great warranty policy and fair pricing. We really enjoyed working with Juan Almanzar. Aside from answering all of our questions in a forthright their great warranty policy and fair pricing. We really enjoyed working with Juan Almanzar. Aside from answering all of our questions in a forthright way, he brought the color of car we wanted from another dealership out of state, and delivered the car to our home, even helping us to cancel our plates. Throughout the process he made himself available for further help if we needed it. The dealership was also great about silencing the security "chirps" for us after we bought the car. We found the staff altogether professional and friendly and highly recommend this dealership. More
