Working with Joe was terrifric and he took the time to talk with me about the vehicle and asked many questions about my needs to be sure the Pilot was a good fit for me and my family. Joe took the time to explain the features of the Pilot which was very helpful. Joe has continued to demonstrate his outstanding customer service skills even after the sale, and has reahced out several time to see how we are enjoying our new Pilot. This demonstrates a clear example of the outstanding customer service I experienced at Prime Honda. I look forward to working with Joe Ulanday on my next purchase at Prime. For most, going to the car dealership is a necessary evil. That being said, I think the best we as consumers can hope for is an experience measured by a level of stress and aggravation - the lower the b evil. Questionnaires should be structured like this: "Please rate your experience with our dealership on a scale of "1" to "5" - "5" being the worst (extremely stressed and frustrated) and "1" being the best (mildly aggravated)." If I were to rate Prime Honda on this scale, my scores would slide from 1 to 3 - this is pretty damn good in the car dealer realm! I went in to lease a new Accord (getting out of my Camry lease which was about to expire in 4 months - ALSO w/ Prime Motorgroup). I wanted to check out their heavily advertised offer suggesting you could get an Accord LX with ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO down and $160 per month. If it's too good to be true... I have a 780 credit score and even for me, a fairy is more likely to exist than a REAL ZERO down deal! They "make up" all sorts of other fees and coincidentally they equal approximately $1,999. Wow, this is beginning to sound like every other STANDARD lease agreement for well-qualified buyers. I can't say that I was surprised BUT, riddled with false hope this misrepresentation only contributed to my general pessimism for the business world. My situation WAS sort of complex, I will admit, and at the end of the day, Prime worked out a good deal with me (not without lots of battling, however). First, Joe Ulanday (my sales person) was great! He was new (w/ only five months experience) yet paid attention to every detail possible. Expertise comes with time and dedication; Joe WILL get there! In the meantime, he dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" in an attempt to excel in his new career. Joe does this through fervent willingness to learn, genuine eagerness to help the customer and an obvious high-quality work ethic. For many reasons I was probably a hard customer to deal with and Joe didn't back down - kid stayed with me every step of the way. The next honorable mention was "Bob" - I forget his last name but he was the general manager of the dealership that day (I guess there are two or three guys in the GM role at Prime Honda). Truth-be-told, I WISH I could just deal with the "real decision maker" EVERY time! The "no bullshit" attitude is refreshing. I know, however, that this is totally unrealistic because most people that come to the lot aren't serious either. Prime employees need to sort through the "crap" just like the consumer does. Oh well. Bob was killer though! Captain of the ship! A million more details exist in this story...but was is the the bottom line? Prime Honda seems to practice fair dealing with the consumer. What more can you ask for? They also do their best to create a "Honda culture" which is friendly, fun and something which you are proud to be a part of (drink that cool aid). Would I recommend you go in there? YES! My suggestions: Do your homework, ask questions and GET YOUR ANSWERS! Don't be shy and don't be afraid! After all, it's just a car! More

He showed me what I wanted to see, took me on a test drive, got me a good price on my trade in and then sold me a new car. After many visits to many dealerships, I found myself back at Prime Honda in West Roxbury. They were my first visit, as well as my last visit for the purchase of my new car! My sales person, Mike Davey, was wonderful to work with. He made me comfortable, answered all my questions with great feedback and he was very friendly. Buying a car is a big step, but I was ready and I'm glad I had a person like Mike to guide me through. My overall experience at Prime and dealing with everyone else throughout the purchase of my car was great. The location is convenient and I feel very comfortable going there or calling with any questions I have. I love driving my car and I love that I made the decision to go to Prime in West Roxbury! More
Before going to Prime Honda, I had researched other dealerships online, specifically prices for a new Honda Fit Sport. Prime Honda gave me the best deal in town. My salesperson, Lillian McDaniel was e dealerships online, specifically prices for a new Honda Fit Sport. Prime Honda gave me the best deal in town. My salesperson, Lillian McDaniel was extremely personable, knowledgeable, yet not pushy at all. My biggest fear in buying a new car was the pressure tactics most car salesmen use. Not so with Lillian. I felt like she was honest and wanted me to buy the car that I really wanted. She took the time to talk to me and get to know a little bit about me as a person and we got to have conversations--she didn't just talk at me. Prime Honda also worked to get me a good financing deal and they got me the exact color car that I had been dreaming of. I would recommend this dealership and Lillian McDaniel in particular to friends who are in the market for a new Honda. Thanks Prime Honda, I love my Fit! More

Wes Paglia don’t waste my time with your neighbor story you still do not look great after trying to instigate a potential customer. I know the meaning of each sentence that comes out of you mouth. Wes went as far as taking the deal of the table because they were not getting their way trying to “pressure” a customer to sign. I did respond the next day and left a message that I moved on to another dealership for my purchase maybe no one relate the message to you. Wes I will give you some advice you should not disrespect your potential costumers especially young ones because they can be returning customer in the future. More
I recently purchased a Honda Accord at Prime Honda. I was very pleased with the experience. I worked with Westin Paglia and found him to be extremely knowledgeable. I was looking at both the CRV and Accord and went back to the dealership twice before making my decision. He encouraged me to test drive both vehicles on both occasions and walked me through the features of the vehicles. He was attentive, but not pushy. He recognized that it was a big purchase and wanted me to be happy with my decision. I would recommend Westin and Prime to any of my friends who are in the market for a Honda. More
My husband and I stopped in at Prime Honda to see a Honda Ridgeline. As soon as we stepped thorough the door we were greeted by Danielle Hagen. Danielle took the time to talk to us to first to find out what brought us in and just what we were looking for. Before taking off on a test drive, Danielle went over all of the features on the exterior and during test drive she explained the features on the interior. She was extremely knowledgable about the Ridgeline and all its features. Upon returning from the test it was time to "negotiate" the deal. Wes Pagalia worked hard to help Danielle and us come to a "Happy Ending." Never once during the negotiations did we feel pressured. When we needed it we were given privacy to discuss things amongst ourselves. Once a price was agreed on we meet with the finance advisor, Rue Moreira. He was as just a great as Danielle. Rui explained all of the "extra" things that were available to protect our investment in our new vehicle but never was there pressure from him to purchase any of these additional warranties,etc. When the final paperwork was signed Rui was able to knock a percentage off the interest rate. So in the end our payment ended being a little be lower. Both Danielle and Rui stayed after normal business hours to complete the deal. They seemed more concerned with making us satisfied customers than looking at the clock. I can honestly say that I have never seen a salesperson or finance guy perform actual work on a vehicle to make sure that a customer left the dealership that day with the vehicle they purchased. As far as I'm concerned, Danielle and Rui bent over backwards, and went above and beyond to make sure I left that day with my vehicle and I was completely satsified. I will be happy to recommend Danielle to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. So if you are looking for a vehicle go to Prime Honda and ask for Danielle Hagen. You won't be disappointed. I look forward to being able to do so when I purchase my next Pilot. I was lucky enough to meet Gustavo who delivered the car. Great guy, super nice, was here ON TIME and with a smile. Took all of 20 minutes and told me what i needed to do as follow up. Let me know that he was there for whatever I needed. Great team of people. Blew the socks off of Chambers. HIGHLY recommended. More
