I received a response from Lekesha 8 minutes after I submitted my on line inquiry, and Graham followed up with a call about an hour later.I was offered an added incentive to cut the deal that evening. Upon my arrival at the dealership the following I was greated by Steve Roache who had all the paperwork in place The only hold up was filling out the credit application. I was given a good finance rate, and as a result they put me in my vehicle of choice which was a Honda CRV They even had the color of choice. The finance process was painless. They explained everything in detail, even the extended warranty options. I received an added incentive to buy at Prime which was the Liftime warranty with free oil changes and tire rotations. This was an added value in doing business with Prime. The free cookies were great, along with both the popcorn and drinks. Steve did an excellent job of walking my wife thru the various operational components of the vehicle along with a test drive. We were even introduced and given a tour of the Service facility. My wife was even given the opportunity to spin the wheel for added savings. She even won $ 5.00. A special thanks goes out to Miss Nye for her help in expediting the paperwork regarding regristration etc. All in all, it was a most pleasant and enjoyable experience. This is my second car from Prime Honda. About 8 months ago I bought a 2008 Accord and then traded it in with 2010 CR-V. Both of transactions with these guys went very well. I can say that after I bought my first car, the service has been also amazing. They are really very welcoming people. They do not try to cheat you by hiding those small details that cost you a fortune after you sign the contract as many other dealers do. My first sales man Graham and the second man Gus (Gustavo) are also very friendly people. I appreciated doing business with them. Especially, my man Gustavo is a very nice guy. For instances, I was there this weekend to get my car's inspection and the registration. On my I forgot to get gas my gas light was flashing when I arrived there. I was planning to get some after done with the paper work. Guess what? They filled up my tank and washed my car while completing my paper work. I know many dealers do this washing but I have never seen a dealer who fills up your thank when you just go to get your papers. Thank you very much Gus and other fellows. I MY Worcester, MA More
