This was the first time I ever went to buy a car by myself. I had researched models and had targeted the Honda Fit and entered Prime Honda to get more information on the model, do a test drive, and spi myself. I had researched models and had targeted the Honda Fit and entered Prime Honda to get more information on the model, do a test drive, and spin their promotional wheel for a possible money prize. As soon as I entered the showroom, I was greeted by Wes, a seasoned salesperson, who was helping a customer at that time. He introduced me to Rocky as my guide to the world of Honda at Prime. My previous two cars were Toyota and VW types. I was not at all familiar with the Honda engines or warranties. Rocky was very patient and sensitive to my nervousness and described in detail the Honda Fit model and checked through all online material and source books to identify all options that I wanted to see if they were possible. Rocky then showed me several colors and models of the Fit and I selected one for a test drive. After getting detailed instructions on all of the switches, signals etc, we hit the road. Rocky was a calming influence and seemed to anticipate my questions and needs while managing a new car on the road. Back at the showroom, with coffee and snacks, Rocky confirmed my happiness quotient after the test drive, explained more details about the car and Honda’s great warranty program and Prime’s excellent service program. I was definitely ready to ditch my VW bug and move on to the Honda Fit. Rocky proceeded to verify Fit inventory that was available. Since I liked the car I test drove the choice was easy. Since I really did not come into the showroom to buy that evening, but just got to the point after spending time with the car and Rocky, I did not have a prepared shopping list of must-haves for options. Rocky and I were joined by Wes, while I tried to figure out what I wanted. Both had such great patience coupled with a sense of humor. As I decided on features, my team – Rocky and Wes, made reasonable offers and went to get approval. However, as I looked through the options book on Rocky’s desk, I realized I should add more features. Unfortunately, this meant additional price approvals and negotiations. Through it all, Rocky was very friendly and sensitive to my needs and attentive to any stress was experiencing. We had coffee, he kept me company while I smoked a cigarette. Finally the deal was closed. The car was mine. All features included for a very reasonable price. The service folks at Prime have already been scheduled by Rocky to fit my Fit with the special features I wanted and I am all set. Rocky has been following up for customer satisfaction and indeed, I am a satisfied customer. It was a pleasure to deal with such a friendly, non-aggressive yet effective sales agent who delivers a great product with a sweet personal style. I got exactly what I wanted for a fair price. There are fundamentaly two reasons why I gave the rating above. (1) The service from my sales consultant (Steven Lander) was way above and beyond the call of duty. I was lame and without a ride to get to the dealership, but Steve picked me up from my home, brought me to the dealership and then also took me to the bank to help faciltate the purchase. (2) His service made my car buying experience such a pleasure rather than a hassle. He was patient, kind, polite, respectfull, very informative and responsive to all of my many and varying questions. I very higly commend his service with my recent purchase and will recommend him to any ofmy friends and colleagues who are in the market for a car. Contacted dealership looking for specific Honda Accord model. One was identified in stock, so arranged to visit. Car was as described, telephone price quoted was honored. In about 3 hours my wife and I left driving the new car. Returned a few days later to pick up registration and have inspection performed. Overall, a very professional and painless purchase. Excellent dealership. Good Price. I emailed with their sales guy until I got the price I was looking for on a lease. He put me on to Steven Roach the sales rep. He respected that I knew what I wanted and that I understood exactly how a lease works. He did not try to hard sell me anything. The only hard sell / 'pushing' I experienced came at the very end from the business manager (who I had not met before) just before I signed the lease to try and get me to sign up to the 'dealership's aftersales warranty stuff'. I expected it, heard him out and then I made it quite clear that I wasn't going to spend a penny more a month than I had agreed on. If a deal sounds too good to be true in a car dealership. . . . it is. . .don't buy into it unless you have extra cash or know nothing about cars. My overall experience with Stephen was excellent none of the usual dealership crap. Compared to Quirk Nissan it was different world. I love the car and was more than happy with the dealership. If you spend the time to go online and learn what you want and how to go about it getting it that makes you informed. Stephen respected that and so I was happy. I emailed several dealerships to get quotes first and basically went with the better deal even if it was only 400 bucks. I will (and have already) definitely recommend this dealership, especially over another that I went to first. He answered all my questions and respected my fears; this is my very first BRAND NEW car. Also, I had to drive off the lot the first time in a hurry without playing with the buttons and testing things out. At my first try to open the driver's window I noticed a roughness, a vibration accompanied by a sound. Since I had already driven off and would not be able to return until the following day, I called Ramon right away. He was immediately concerned (with my happiness in the car) and helpful and courteous as he told me about their service department. So I can already rate the service department at that dealership as well! All 5s! (P.S. In case you are curious the window difficulty was caused by some glue stuck on the glass inside the door panel, I'm guessing from the fliers they attach to new car windows.) We initially met our agent, Andrew Fenno when we arrived on the Prime lot in the extreme heat. Andrew was patient and friendly and not at all overbearing or trying to "sell us" on a car. He was informative and knowledegable and willing to negotiate cost. He was most respectful and professional throughout the purchasing process and very quick to return phone calls and answer questions. When we decided to trade a second car less than two months later I called Andrew before I even checked the web site to see if anything met our needs. Again, Andrew was friendly and responsive and found us a used vehicle for my son. Because it was an older car we were concerned and wanted our mechanic to look at it. Andrew drove it to Medfield so our mechanic could evaluate it and then was willing to renegotiate a price to help cover needed work on the vehicle. Throughout the entire process we felt comfortable communicating with Andrew. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Prime and Andrew for future auto purchases. Maybe next time we can buy a NEW car!! More
We had gone to several luxury dealers to check on different cars and had poor experiences at all. No call backs, etc. Upon entering Prime, April introduced us to Derrick Levy. He was extemely knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy--all important traits to us. He was a good negotiator, as we both left feeling like we got a good deal (fair price). When I called to take delivery he took the time to show me everything new on the car. We loved the popcorn offered at the dealership, as it takes the edge off when you are there for a long time. Also, we met two managers that introduced themselves to us and were true professionals. We would definately recommend and buy again from this dealership and sales representative. More

Well, I initially found Prime dealership through the internet and the reviews that I read online. I must say my experience was the best that I have had in purchasing a new car. There was a lot of laughs and although the process can become lengthy in purchasing a new car, they made sure to expedite the paperwork and all of the additional accessories were added very quickly. Andrew Fenno was my initial Sales Rep.He was a straight shooter which I loved working with. Very knowledgeable about his profession which is always nice.I told Andrew that I would leave a thorough review, good businesses should be recognized for their efforts. I have to thank Wes as well negotiating a final deal was never so entertaining;I'm in sales and usually its the most uncomfortable part of the deal. So in short, thanks guys I really do appreciate your work in getting this deal done. The life time power train warranty is pretty sweet too.
