He was pleasent, informative, entertaining and very low pressure. He seemed very honest and freindly. We test drove a vehicle and looked at several others during our over 4 hour visit. The sales manager offered us a very attactive deal on a loaded Ridgeline unfortunately it was still out of our budget. He was willing to throw in an option I wanted on the RTL model to a brand new RT model. I felt he went the "extra mile" to make a deal. I got my vehicle below dealer invoice and was very happy with my experience at Prime. We had to wait a bit to meet the Finacial/Business Manager, or what ever they are called, as they were fairly busy. I think he was absent the day manners and customer service were taught. We had just spent over 22k in his dealership and he treated us like crap. He gave his pitch for extended warrenties and when we refused it he got bitter. We had a question about the interest rate and his response was that he basiclly waved the offer sheet in our faces and said "you signed it and agreed to this price" When we asked about the credit rankings he was cold and indiffernt and waved a binder full of ratings at us. We were very close to leaving and going else where. I reminded him we had the right by law cancel the contract. He mumbled something we couldn't understand. He was with out a doubt one of the rudest people I have ever met. He was phony pleasant until we said didn't want any options then he was just plain rude. Looking back I should have walked, there is no reason to take this kind of abuse in this day and age, for any reason. We were professional and polite, and he had no reason to treat us in the manner he did. If he is a reflection of the way Prime treats customers, I might have to rethink where I have my vehicle serviced. It's a shame that this happened because up until then everyone was pleasant and freindly. It's a very nice dealership. they are very willing to whell and deal. I got a very fair price for my trade. They offered us lunch, we had coffee, I even got to check my email on one of their computers while we were waitng. The show room is spotless. He turned one of the happiest days a person can have (buying a brand new car and getting a good deal) into a crummy experience. he was all we could talk about that night, not the great Honda I just purchased. Steve Roach would be the reason I recommend Prime. He was great when we were shopping and he was great when we picked up our car. My rating would have been better for this dealership if not for the experience we had with the business manager. More
Kenny was a fantastic sales rep to work with, I did not feel as though I was being pressured into making any sort of purchase, and he was great at finding exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I went to Prima Honda to test drive an Acura they had in stock. Reidar had the car waiting for me. When I wasn't sure, he made many cars available for me to test drive. They have a wheel you can spin and win money just for test driving a vehicle....awesome!! Everyone at the dealership was happy and friendly, and I would never go anywhere but Prime Auto again! I went in for an oil change after receiving a flyer in the mail. I thought I was getting a special "deal" but in fact the price on the mailer was the same price that they charge normally. A pleasant surprise was that the oil change and inspection was actually free. I think it was a complimentary service since I bought the car one year ago and hadn't had it serviced before. I was in need of a body shop to fix my car after a collision. Through word of mouth I was told to use Prime Honda. I brought my car to Prime and was greeted by very friendly, helpful staff. He made me feel right at home and assured me that I was in the right place to get my car repaired. I was sent with Freddy Reuter to the body shop because Mr. Davies wanted to make sure i got to the body shop and spoke to a staff member about my situation. Mr. Reuter did a great job of helping me out. I was introduced to Matt Burr, of the body shop. Mr. Burr assessed my cars damage, and explained the ins and outs of the process of getting my car repaired. Any questions I had were listened to and answered in a timely, direct manner. Once the work was complete, I saw the quality of work that was done and knew I made a great decision. I gave this rating because the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and "no games all business" which is great because those situations you always want upfront, direct answers. The quality of work was excellent. It had looked like my car was never hit. My overall experience was great. My otherwise troubling situation was handled in a professional, timely manner by experts of their trade. I highly recommend this dealership and collision center to anyone that wants great quality work handled in a timely manner. I will use Prime again!!!! More
I am one of those people who absolutely hate buying cars. I went to a couple of places before heading to Prime and the sales people were very aggressive and seemed to have little interest in what I wanted. I got to Prime and Derrick Levy couldn't have been easier to deal with. He showed me the car I was looking for, took me for a drive, and answered all of my questions. When we got back to the dealership he asked if I would like to talk about the car so we did. I told him I did not want to go back and forth all day and I made my offer. He came back within minutes with an acceptable counter-offer and the deal was done. I went tp pick up the car the next day and it was registered, insured, and inspected and ready to go. I will never hesitate to recommend this dealership and Derrick in particular to anyone looking for a car. I would also like to add that the 2003 VW Passat Wagon I bought was in pristine condition. It literally looked brand new. More

As a long time salesman myself, I can spot a shifty salesman from a mile away, and can tell when some and this was definitely my best experience yet. There were no high pressure tricks, no advanced up-selling tactics, just genuine meeting of needs and straight forward negotiation. I would recommend any friend or family member to ask specifically for Paul if they want to buy a Honda. More

As a returning customer, we expected nothing less than upscale service but we were still amazed at the level of service that has been engrained into each of the employees at prime honda, expecially with paul. He took his customer service 1 step further by providing us with the options that we had not really discussed before and wallah- we walked out with our dream car at an affordable price. Sure the paperwork is always painful but we are pleased that he was always available through every step of the process and are truly thankful we landed him as our sales guy. Paul, we wish you luck in your future endeavors and hope you make many more customers happy as you did with us. More
