All of the service staff at Prime Honda are excellent. Janeen is the one I deal with the most and is exceptional with the service she delivers. I can't say enough great things about the guys at Prime Honda. I went to Prime Honda after having an upsetting experience at Boch Honda. When I went to Prime Honda, the people here weren't the least bit pushy, they were professional, kind, sincere, polite, and very upfront about all costs. I am very happy I gave my business to Prime Honda and not to Boch Honda. I wrote a letter to Boch Honda about my experience, here it is: Hello I am writing to let you know that I have purchased a Honda CRV (the EX L module with Navigation) from Prime Honda in Dedham/West Roxbury. To be perfectly honest with you, I really found my sales representative Tom Rybak extremely rude. I decided I would not give my business and my money to someone who treated me so poorly. I was in your dealership two times. The first time was on Saturday December 20th, you were the very first dealership I walked into. Of course, being my first trip in, I was at the beginning stages of a car search. Due to snowy weather conditions, Tom wasn't able to show me the Honda CRV. So since he couldnt show me the car, I asked him if he could give me pricing. At that point, he become extremely pushy and rude. First of all, I hadn't even SEEN the car so why in the world would I be ready to buy a car? He was practically yelling at me asking me if I had a check on me, or a credit card or cash to out down on a car. A car I hadn't even seen! I finally was able to leave and we left it that I would come back to look at the car. Due to snowy weather conditions, I wasn't able to get back to the dealership the following day. I got a very obnoxious phone call from Tom basically accusing me of giving him phony phone #s. He told me he called my work # and they had never heard of me and he started giggling in a weird way. I have worked at the same place for almost nine years, I can assure you, I gave Tom the correct phone #. What kind of a salesperson, would call a prospective customer and accuse them of giving a phony phone number? People buy from people they like. I work in sales and I never treat people the way Tom rudely treated me. I returned to the dealership again on Saturday December 27th. Tom was able to show me the car and I was able to take a test drive. After the test drive, Tom was back to being his rude, pushy self. He again was rudely asking me if I had a check or a credit card or me. I told him my father told me not to bring this stuff on purpose and Tom said I should stop listening to my father. At that exact point, I decided I would never buy a car from Tom Rybak or Boch Honda. What kind of a human being tells a young woman not to listen to her father. I have no respect for Tom Ryback, I think he is a mean person. I am very happy that I gave my business to Prime Honda. They were nothing but nice to me and not the least bit pushy. When I told my salesperson I needed to speak to my father first, do you know what he said? He said to me, of course you need to speak to your father, take your time and get back to us. They also asked me what they needed to do to earn my business and asked me for my business. More

I have owned my Honda Fit for six months. With all the snow yesterday, I experienced difficulty and noise that I didn't understand. It made me very nervous and this morning I contacted the Prime Service D snow yesterday, I experienced difficulty and noise that I didn't understand. It made me very nervous and this morning I contacted the Prime Service Dept. Peter Whalen allowed me to come right in and when I arrived, he was there. He reviewed the car's current state, mileage, etc., and we discussed my concerns. Mr.Whalen suggested we drive the property for an optimum experience, to see if the car was still doing what I complained of. I have a limited automotive vocabulary and this was very helpful. Turns out it was the antilock breaking system, that was new to me . Mr.Whalen explained in detail how it operates, especially in certain conditions and that it was quite normal and the system was trying to reengage. Mr. Whalen eased my mind, was very professional and gave me a better understanding of the vehicle. I will return for a checkup within 2000miles and I'm glad someone of his caliber will be available. I used to go to another local dealer for service on my first Honda. I was frustrated with with them when buying a 2nd car and came here and have been hooked ever since. Last week I found my brand new Civic had a leakage in the cooling system, which made me very unhappy even though I knew the warranty would cover everything. Thanks to Peter and the service staff at Prime Hon cooling system, which made me very unhappy even though I knew the warranty would cover everything. Thanks to Peter and the service staff at Prime Honda, I feel much better now. Peter was very nice and friendly throughout the process, from my first phone call to the repair work done. He kept me informed with every progress: a pin hole found in the radiator, radiator replaced and tested, double check and test drive, cleaning and waxing. Peter understood my worries, so he added an extra pre-delivery check just to make sure everything else is good. Now the engine runs very smooth. More

Every time that I have ever had have my car service there, these employees have been absolutely outstanding to deal with. They absolutely go above and beyond any expectations for quality customer serv there, these employees have been absolutely outstanding to deal with. This has made it really convenient so that we can pick up our kids at school on time. Janeen is always personable and a real pleasure to deal with. She always makes sure that our car is washed and vaccuumed out before it is returned to us. Osiris has been great with any warranty concerns we have. His attention to detail has really made owning our Honda a very rewarding experience. Without employees like these, customer satisfaction would sink for sure. We've been thinking about buying another new car. The way we were treated from the time we purchased this car to the quality of the service at this dealership is greatly influencing our decision. It's one thing to get a great deal on a new car, it's an entirely different element of satisfaction in having this new car and being treated like a friend at the same dealership that you purchased it when it's time to service it. I came to Prime with a strict budget in mind... Justin steered me towards a barely used HONDA FIT and we worked out a great deal with my trade-in.
