And a special S.O. to the outstanding team at Parkway Toyota: - John Decepida, Sales Consultant, who's an expert on the cars, and makes things fast and easy for the customer. - Lisberny Nunez, Sales Assistant, who was warm, welcoming, and helpful from the first phone call, and - Gwendolin Campbell, Customer Relations Manager, who has a great deal of savvy about the auto business, an ability to make things happen fast and to your liking, and on top of that is very charming and makes the process a pleasure. I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Sienna XLE (7-Passenger) from Parkway Toyota in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Unfortunately, my experience after the purchase has been extremely disappointing and far b (7-Passenger) from Parkway Toyota in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Unfortunately, my experience after the purchase has been extremely disappointing and far below the level of customer service I expected from a Toyota dealership. Before I purchased the vehicle, the dealership responded very quickly to my questions and provided excellent attention and assistance. The sales process was smooth, and I felt that my business was valued as a customer. However, after the paperwork was completed and the vehicle was sold, the quality of communication and customer service changed completely. About one week after the purchase, I contacted my salesperson, Roma, to ask for an update regarding my brother’s permanent New York license plates. I completely understand that DMV processing times are outside of the dealership’s control. My request was simply to receive an update or any available information. I was not demanding immediate results; I was only hoping for a professional and helpful response. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the same level of attention that I experienced before buying the vehicle, I felt that my questions were treated as an inconvenience. This was very disappointing, especially after making a major purchase from the dealership. Furthermore, I sent a message to the dealership at 10:37 AM requesting a reasonable response and assistance regarding this matter. However, after waiting until now, I still have not received any reply. The lack of communication and follow-up has made me feel ignored as a customer. Purchasing a vehicle is not just a one-time transaction. Customers need support after the sale for important matters such as registration, license plates, warranty questions, maintenance, and future service needs. A dealership representing the Toyota brand should continue to provide respect, responsibility, and professionalism even after the payment has been completed. I hope Parkway Toyota seriously reviews its after-sales customer service process. A customer’s experience after purchasing a vehicle is just as important as the experience during the sale. I hope future customers receive the same attention after their purchase as they do before signing the paperwork. More
