Wonderful service department! Took me in right away! Need a state inspection and was out of there within an hour! Didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need.

"Horrible customer service in the service department"

This place is ridiculous when it comes to getting your vehicle serviced. Can’t get an oil change unless you schedule a week out. Not willing to work with the customer if a loaner car is needed. i get that service shops get busy, but this place can’t be that busy. Will be going someplace else. No customer service at Parsons

"Kia Recall on Engines"

Terrible Service department personal. Older lady in there rude and has no interest in helping or fixing a problem. Check Engine lit on for 2 yrs. Have asked them to fix and she responds that they couldn't tell me why and to source it would be very time consuming and expensive. Told her about 100K warranty and she didn't want to hear it. Took my car in Yesterday for an appointment on Recall on Optima Engines shutting off and they said it was for the following week. Told her as a Salesman I write down dates times and who I spoke with when making that appointment and it was for the 5th. Never looked up and said next week. Wanted to see the Manager and they put mo off to the Used car Manager and he's not a rocket scientist either. I never have work done there because these women in Service should be in front of a french fryer and not a service desk.

"Terrible experience"

bought a car at Parsons KIA in Winchester Va had a good experience until today. My daughter and I went in with a car budget for her. I stated upfront the price point. Sales guy asked what monthly payment... I stated a price again. She needed to finance; I knew at 21 she would need a cosigner... But let her do the paperwork herself. Soooo sales come back and say she needs a cosigner - I would have cosigned.... BUT when I asked what cars were in her price range he ignored the price I gave him and went back to payments - when I stated I wanted to focus on price he said - BRING HIM A QUALIFIED BUYER and he would talk to them... In other words my daughter wasn't GOOD ENOUGH for this dealer... I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. BUYER beware! I spoke to the manager and this SALES person literally laughed at me when I stated I could cosign as I have great credit - as if I was a street urchin! I own a successful company - have great credit, and work xxxx hard for all I have. This place does not deserve my money.... Or yours. DO NOT go to PARSONS KIA.

"Took a test drive then...."

was given such a great deal on a 2015 Optima EX that we drove out with one that day. Really thought we would have to drive hours to find a great deal in our neck of the woods, but that was not the case. Very happy to know we could get a great deal at our local dealer. Our salesman, Caesar was great to work with through the whole experience.. He was fair and listened to what we wanted, not trying to sell us what we should want to drive(had that so many times at other dealerships). Nothing hard sell about him or the dealership. Financing was also a smooth transaction as Elise was wonderful to work with as well. Thank you Parson Kia for an all around 5 star experience.

"I stopped at the dealership to look over what KIA had to..."

I stopped at the dealership to look over what KIA had to offer. I was not intending to purchase a KIA at first. After looking over the KIA Optima EX with options. I decided to take a test drive. It was not what I expected from a KIA. In other words, this car is pretty nice. When we got back to the dealership from the test drive. I sat with Gil and discussed the options available. I then found myself test driving a Optima SX Limited. Very happy with the test drive. Went home, did some comparisons, figured out pricing, went back the next day and bought the Optima SX Limited. I am very happy with this dealership.
