I looked for a long time to find the right 540i M Sport, and when I did it was out of state at Passport. After working with Ben Stith, I was assured that everything was ok with the car. Ben sent me pictures and when I did it was out of state at Passport. After working with Ben Stith, I was assured that everything was ok with the car. Ben sent me pictures and videos to show me how nice it was. After talking with Ben it was clear that he was an honest hard working salesman. He answered every question I had with lightning response. I finally felt comfortable enough to buy a car without seeing it in person. The sale and shipment of the car went flawlessly, and I'm happily driving my new baby!! When you go to Passport you should ask for Ben, but only if you want a great car buying experience. More

What an unfortunate experience to be buying a pre-owned vehicle from Passport BMW, virtually. I found the exact make and model car I was looking for in their inventory. Upon inquiring, my very first questi vehicle from Passport BMW, virtually. I found the exact make and model car I was looking for in their inventory. Upon inquiring, my very first questions was that I was an out of state buyer from MA and if they had experience and the ability to complete a sale. I was assured MANY times that this would not be an issue. From then, I put a deposit, and my salesman went MIA for over a week. I could not get a hold of him, and feared I was being scammed. Finally found out he got fired and my sale was just lingering. I was passed around from 'manager' to 'manager' and could never get a clear answer. I had to be the one to follow up and ask questions. My experience was so far from luxury, it's shameful they are affiliated with BMW. After 4 weeks of paying insurance on a car that was sitting in a lot and unable to register it, I decided the headaches and stress were not worth the effort. Funny thing is, as soon as I emailed to pull out of the sale - I got my fastest response ever, and the car was back on their website within minutes for $1500 more than I was paying. Not professional. Rude. Tacky. That was the reputation that was left from this seller. More
