Purchased our first X1 2017 Started looking at BMW X1's this past month. Stumbled across a 2017 that appeared to be a pretty good deal. I was on a third party site that had the Vehicle listed from BMW passport of Maryland. I clicked on, I am interested in this vehicle and I kid you not within 35 seconds I received a call from their sales person, Ben Stith. He asked me details on what I was looking for. Answered all of my questions, gave me a detail account of what the dealership is all about. To be honest initially I thought it was just another sh-peel about, you know we are the best, yadi yadi yada, but I soon found out that these guys go above and beyond to make sure that you have an amazing experience. I told Ben that I had already driven the car and was interested in it, I will come only if the price is right and then we can test drive this vehicle specifically. He asked if he can call me back and sure enough within an hour later, I had an offer that... I honestly didn't even have to re-negotiate. I knew it was an excellent deal. I scheduled the time to come and see the car the next day, the car was already parked in the front and Ben was waiting for us. We went through the test drive, did the paperwork and were sitting in the finance managers office in less then 1.5 hours. Which I think is phenomenal, considering most people spend 7-8 years average at a dealership. Once at the finance office, I met Jeff Steel. Personally, I have never met another finance person like that, specially at a car dealership before. He was very nice, laid out all of our options and did not try to do an unnecessary up sell. He recommended what options are reasonable and why. He also gave us some good financial advise on what are best down payment options (even if you have extra) and what are some of the best ways to make the payment. All in all I was out of the dealership with my new car in 2.5 hours. I have never experienced anything like this at another dealership. And if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle and would like to get a luxury experience, please start your search with Passport BMW. I know I will be coming back for the remaining 3 cars :). We purchased a 2016 X5 over a month ago with some additional add on like the ceramic paint coating protection ($1200), extended warranty and service plan. To date nobody has followed up with us despite the multiple calls/emails we have made. (Not even the sales associate) It's feel like nobody at this dealership cares or talk to each other regarding scheduled appointments and complaints from customers . We are completely frustrated and regret making this expensive purchase at this dealership. If your looking to buy a bmw within Maryland.....please look elsewhere. More

Same day service! I had been looking for a very particular car for the past few weeks with no luck of finding the right one. On the Wednesday morning of March 20th, 201 I had been looking for a very particular car for the past few weeks with no luck of finding the right one. On the Wednesday morning of March 20th, 2019, I decided to check Autotrader one last time. To my surprise, a vehicle that was a perfect match was posted for sale that morning by Passport BMW. I immediately sent an email to Passport, and salesman Milos Petric quickly responded to me in less than 30 minutes. Over the course of the morning, Milos went the extra-mile and above and beyond to work with me. This was a unique situation in that I live in Philadelphia and the car was located nearly 3 hours away in Southern Maryland. Long story short, Milos was able to quickly and efficiently work up financing, assist with a trade estimate, and arrange everything to the point that I was able to drive down that same day and purchase the car I first laid eyes on only a few hours earlier online. The whole staff at Passport was extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and most important trustworthy. More

But that being said, the time I spent at Passport BMW assessing and buying my CPO BMW 535i was time well spent. Starting with my salesperson/client advisor-I felt Teric Khairzada was sincerely interested in helping me find the car I wanted and needed, rather than trying to move a car he had interest in getting off the lot. His help in understanding what would meet my needs was invaluable-in retrospect I might have chosen something I wouldn't have been happy with a few months from now. I then dealt with Jeff Steel, the business/finance officer. He streamlined the process of finding the right loan, getting me a lower than expected interest rate, and helping me understand the various service plans. It was all rolled into one affordable monthly loan payment that turned out to be slightly better than what I was paying on my trading. I enjoyed the time I spent with them, both socializing and getting business done. Its a good dealership that are represented by gentlemen of this calibre. More
