Service was Fine, Loaner folks were blah. I bought my 435i from Passport and had a great experience at purchase, so I went back for service. Service people we courteous and knowledgeable. My car wasn't done on time, which was frustrating, but they gave me a discount (without me asking) because of it, which was thoughtful. The ladies at the Loaner Car Counter were so out of place! They do not belong at a BMW dealership!! Perhaps they came from a "buy here pay here, no credit needed" kind of place.... rude, aloof, slow, they had it all. Then the car I got was disgusting inside and out, and had no gas..... All that to say, there's a BMW dealership closer to my house, and I'll likely give it a try next time the service reminder light comes on. More

Cost was very reasonable - oil/filter change, brake fluid flush/refill, wash and vacuum, and multiple checks (fluids, brakes,etc) was $250. For 30 yrs I’ve done most of my own servicing but in winter at this price, quality of service, and convenience, this is the better choice. More

Passport BMW and sales advisor Daniel Rose won my business with their prompt, courteous, and honest communication. I originally planned to buy in my home state of VA, but after an online inquiry of Passport’s stock, Daniel and his manager Marco Ugalde had given me a great price and out the door monthly payment estimates based on BMW financing that made me consider buying there instead. A disappointing visit to BMW of Alexandria where the car I had an appointment to see was sold the day before led me over the river to Passport BMW where Daniel had the keys waiting for me as soon as I arrived. Daniel set my husband and I up with BMW Genius Ali who accompanied us on a test drive with more helpful information about the BMW than I have ever gotten in the past on my former bimmers. Daniel was incredibly helpful identifying other service loaners for sale that fit my requirements and we soon had a deal on one that met all my needs for options and color and price. Daniel was friendly and transparent throughout the sale. Marco was also very helpful and communicated each step so we knew what to expect. Kudos to William in the Finance department for making the loan process easy, despite some paperwork hiccups on my end. I 100 percent recommend Passport BMW and am excited to use their VIP service.
