Pleasantly surprised! Unfortunately, I was not there to purchase but to get a BMW recall matter taken care of. To begin, I purchased my BMW from the store in Annapolis Unfortunately, I was not there to purchase but to get a BMW recall matter taken care of. To begin, I purchased my BMW from the store in Annapolis a couple years ago and was going there for all warranty and service related issues. I didn't go to Passport because when I was younger I had a bad experience in the store where I wasn't taken seriously and no one wanted to assist me in my purchase. I was a young woman about 23 and had a small child with me and perhaps they made some sort of pre-judgement on me. However, the last time I went to Annapolis BMW I felt the customer service was severely lacking and they didn't explain the situation to me which left me vowing to never return. After being notified that there was a recall on a part having to do with my fuel tank - I called Annapolis first - they didn't have the part, said they would order it for me, and give me a call...needless to say I'm still waiting on that call. I called Passport and not only did they have the part I needed, they informed me I can come at any time. I will say when they initially fixed the problem I had to return to the shop 10 minutes later cause apparently some part of the fuel tank was not fully secure and was leaking gas everywhere. However, when I returned back to the shop they were extremely apologetic and gave me a very nice loaner so that I didn't have to wait around the shop any longer. Long story short - EVERYONE I came into contact with that day was very pleasant and greeted me like a valued customer! I was extremely happy and pleasantly surprised at how professional and organized they were. This is all we want as consumers - for those we are spending our time and money with to act like they care and want to help us feel valued. I will definitely be going back to purchase my next BMW without a doubt! More

It was just too easy! Al was fantastic! After having numerous bad experiences with vehicles not being as good as was advertised, I called Passport about a used BMW X5 that Al was fantastic! I was immediately transferred to Al and he was happy to discuss the vehicle and listen to me explain my criteria. Skeptical, I made an appointment and drove to see it the next day. I am so glad that I did. The dealership was closer and easier to find than I had expected. The vehicle was a super find, at a fair price despite lots of upgrades, and exactly as advertised. The general manager offered me a great price for my trade-in without any haggling. Al explained the BMW financing options, which were better than my credit union was offering. I wanted to think about it overnight (confer with my husband ;)). We returned, bought the car, and have no regrets. Next time, I will start with Al Meer and Passport BMW! More

Passport is fantastic 08 535xi has had some engine malfunction codes. We bought this used car from passport a few years ago and car has been great until.... Passport fixed problem but only for code to come up again. Called Jennifer and took car back in, while this is expensive and frustrating, the dealership and Jennifer have stood behind their workmanship. They have done everything they can to get car back to normal and so far so good! If we buy BMW again, we will go to Passport! Ed More
