Boy did I! I got the most loaded one they had and it's just great! Al stayed with me the whole time to make sure I knew knew the basics of the nav and driver assist systems, and that was a lot of time. Everyone was super helpful, and have followed up on the purchase. I'm enjoying learning all the bells and whistles and looking forward to meeting with the BMW Genius. More

Great Experience I drove 4 hours to work with Al and the Passport team, the experience I had was top notch. I located the car online and inquired about it, within 5 mi I drove 4 hours to work with Al and the Passport team, the experience I had was top notch. I located the car online and inquired about it, within 5 minutes of inquiry Al gave me a call and went over all the details of the vehicle as well as answering all the many questions I had. when I arrived at Passport Al met me at the front door, offered me food and coffee after my 4 hour trip. He showed me the vehicle, went over all the details and then went for the test drive at which point I fell immediately in love with the 230xi. There were plenty of unique vehicles to look at while waiting for financing and the appraisal (which came back at a very fair offer) to be complete. Also during this wait Max, the BMW genius went over more in depth all the features of my new car and gave me his phone number if I had any further questions. I had a great experience and would definitely visit Al again for another BMW. To top it off Al even called to check how the car rode and the trip home went later that night. There was regular phone contact from the dealership, both of the ladies I dealt with were polite, professional and most pleasant to deal with. Service was completed the same day and my car was returned early in the afternoon. What a nice experience! More
