Car salesman Peter Akeze is GREAT!! and Jeff Steele is the Man!!! My husband & I have gotten all 4 of our BMWs from this BMW Center and each experience has been a great one. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a BMW with the most professional and caring personal that I have ever worked with when it comes time to purchasing a car. The Center is very clean & they make it comfortable for you while you wait for service. when I went out initially looking for a car I wasn't looking for a BMW, but glad I did wander into that parking lot and got my 1st BMW with them. I don't think anywhere else can beat their service, class and professionalism. Thank you Passport BMW! More

After a computer chat a time to test drive was established and I was greeted at the door by a sales rep who took me inside and explained their customer process . My wife an I were treated like long time customers and all of our questions were answered completely. After trade in and fees tax, tags title etc. We reached a final purchase price that both the dealer and we could be comfortable with. At 66 years of age I have bought quite a few cars in my day and can say I have been treated as well (over seas Benz) but never better. We have already given favorable reviews to several friends and hope to send them more business in the future. More

Invested a significant amount of time researching the car. Made an appointment to buy it and it was sold right from under me. Then the salesman had the nerve to lie to me and seriously offend me. I have a lifetime of BMWs to buy and it is not happening at this dealership. We are good people and do not appreciate being violated and offended. Just to compete the abysmal experience, I informed the salesman that I would be speaking to his manager, at which time he informed me that he has his managers unconditional support. I then felt compelled to remind him that I would give my feedback about his behavior on social media...to which he replied, "I know how to manage the social media feedback". He thinks he is quite clever. He is unfortunately just arrogant. More

Although I've consistently received excellent custom I purchased a 2016 BMW 535xi at Passport BMW under duress due to the sudden death of my 2007 BMW. Although I've consistently received excellent customer service at Passport, given the sense of urgency, I reached out to my network for contacts. I was connected with William McGhee, a client advisor at Passport, through a mutual friend. William provided excellent customer service that perfectly accommodated my busy schedule and buying style. Two phone conversations and one late Saturday afternoon test drive led to my purchase. William was extremely professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, respectful, and patient -- throughout the process. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision to purchase or buy another vehicle. William accommodated all of my requests and answered all questions. I love my BMW 535xi and the unforgettable service provided by William McGhee. I worked with Ian Lawyer who was able to answer my questions and concerns regarding my BMW trade in for a newer BMW. Jeff Steel in finance was able to explain the financing and warranty options we wanted. There were no tricks or lies and both were up front with helping us make the trade. My car was on the showroom floor so 5 cars had to be moved in order to get mine outside! We also met the GM who made us laugh with some great stories. Customer service was outstanding! More
Don't waste your time here I leased a BMW and someone was buying a used Audi at this BMW dealer at the same time I was there. This used Audi was in the showroom with a giant bow on it and the BMW i was getting is parked in the garage?!?! I did most of the paperwork online but was never even offered a test drive before filling out the paperwork. They poly waxed a dirty car; they said they had their best detailer clean it, but there was dirt all over it. And the smell inside the car was sickening. What a mess. I was so embarrassed for them. The sales person kept telling me over and over how to fill out the survey for his 'stellar performance'; what a joke. More

Several locations of paint overspray were left, multiple dents were left, rubber door seals were mangled and not replaced and, tape seams for paint were visible to the eye and have begun peeling. Mud flap did not form to body, because body work was not formed to specifications and parts were reused that were stated to have been replaced in the detailed billing. Major bodywork mistake: Incorrect body work caused misaligned doors and accessories not to fit correctly. The body was never fixed to specification prior to painting. Door still hits metal every time it closes, 1/2" gap in interior celling trim. New NISSAN Certified shop in MN (Autoworks Collision of Wayzata) estimate additional $7,200 to rework/fix Passport Collision Center’s mistakes. Passport has been unwilling to work with other shop and help pay for rework. Passport Collision Center is not capable of repairing vehicles to manufacturer specifications. Shop also causes major delays and extremely difficult to get a hold of during and after repairs. Were never given the real story from staff and were consistently provided false information. More
