I went in for service (with an appointment) and stayed over 5 hours with no one updating me on the service. They caused me to have to get a cab to take my daughter to the Airport. They reimbursed me for over 5 hours with no one updating me on the service. They caused me to have to get a cab to take my daughter to the Airport. They reimbursed me for the cab fare only after I contacted BMWUSA and made it right. I thought that was just a bad incident and gave them another chance because I needed a second car. I bought a pre-owned CERTIFIED 2007 BMW 328XI on 17 April 2010. We have not had the car in our possession for 3 consecutive weeks. It is currently at the dealership and they still have not finished the registration. I have received nothing but empty promises from them and lip service. While on my way to Ocean city for memorial day weekend, my car started acting op. I pulled off the highway and drove into passport BMW fully expecting be turned away. I was immediately greeted by Tony on the red team. He said that he would work me in as soon as possible, offered us coffee and led us to the lounge. He not only fixed our car, but even had it cleaned up!. Thank you Tony for saving our vacation!! I'll be sure to let all my fellow BMW owner know about the great service I recieved. Purchased a used 2008 Corvette by internet and over the phone. The employees went beyond expectations by contacting the original owner of the car and allowing us to discuss the car with him. Contacted Passport BMW through Carsdirect.com and Matt Charske sent me an email very quickly. The pricing was aggressive and up front. I also contacted other dealerships (much closer) and their prices were significantly more and their dealer fees were 4x what Passport charges. We discussed six cars I was interested in seeing, test drove my #1 choice and did one last look through to see choices 2 and 2A. Jay Emadi in the finance department explained my extended warranty and service options but didn't push me to purchase. The loan process was simple and relatively quick. I've been driving the car a month and my only regret is that I didn't test drive a CPO BMW in 2005 when I bought my Volvo. My best car buying experience ever...will definitely go back. More
Just purchased a 2007 used car (not a BMW) two weeks ago. The sales person said the car I purchased had a navigation system in the vehicle (had the screen and other components) but it wasn't working at the The sales person said the car I purchased had a navigation system in the vehicle (had the screen and other components) but it wasn't working at the time I drove the vehicle because the enabling code was missing. They said that only I (as the owner) would have to take the car to the appropriate manufacturers dealer to get the code, which I did. I then found the navigation system didn't work (i.e., no maps), but other parts associated with this system did function properly. I brought this to the attention of Wydell and they said that since I already purchased the car, and it was under warranty, I would have to take it to a dealer to get it checked. I was disappointed that Passport did not take care of this issue for me or for that matter, it should have been fixed before I purchased the vehicle. The sales associate has been very nice and would recommend him. He drove out to my office in VA, gave me a loaner car while they are fixing a minor paint chip on the car. However, I do believe he should have brought this to the attention of the used car sales manager, instead he said that I should contact him directly. More

They were both very helpful and did an excellent job of getting my questions answered. What really struck me about my experience here is that it was zero pressure. No one talked about money up front. No one pushed me to buy ASAP. I truly felt that Chris' only goal was to help me find the right car, and he succeeded in that. More
I travel from Germantown to Marlow Heights. There are 2 other BMW dealerships closer to me, and I find the customer service at Marlow heights far surpasses any experience I have come across at the other 2 other BMW dealerships closer to me, and I find the customer service at Marlow heights far surpasses any experience I have come across at the other 2 dealers. I will continue to take the extra miles to get the great service. Just walking in the door I am greeted with hellos from every passing employee and that alone makes a huge difference. More
