Michael Jenkins @ Passport BMW Service Is Awesome!! I have owned a BMW 328i since 1998 and recently purchased a manual BMW 328xi a few years back. Fortunately, since it was Certified Pre-Owned, I got a 100,000 mile warranty, and the car only had 34,000 miles to start. I have been working with Michael Jenkins, in the service department. This dude is one of the nicest and most helpful team members at BMW Service Center. He's always pleasant on the phone and invariably goes out of his way to make sure to provide me with BMW's valet service, which is where they bring you a loaner and take your car for service. Upon completion of the service, they bring it back to you and take back the loaner. How convenient is that?! Anyway, I work in National Harbor, MD much of the week, so I try and schedule my service appointments when I there so it is easier for the drivers, as National Harbor is only 10 minutes from the BMW dealership. However, even when I had to work at my other office which is 45 minutes away, Michael told me that it is absolutely no problem, and had someone drive all the way out there to get my car and provide me with a loaner. As you may already be able to gather, I highly recommend that you get your car from Passport BMW. Since this is about BMW service, I won't go into detail about my experience with buying a BMW, but if you're buying a new car, Teric is a good guy. More

Stranded in Maryland!!! We were traveling to Maryland from NC and had car trouble at the perfect exit!! From the moment we "limped" into the service bay we were treated like friends!!! It was a very stressful situation coming off the interstate and they welcomed us and helped solve the problem !! Great Service and warranty work Brought my car in because of a unusual sound coming from the transmission. A quick test drive with the service folks confirmed the noise. The tires I have, are hard to come by, and even local shops take a few days for shipment to arrive. I needed this resolved promptly and the Passport team made it happen! oh, and by the way, it was actually cheaper than the locals and having to wait a longer period for a fix. More
