Excellent service and representation. Once I contacted Joey Kestermann about my 2016 X5 displaying a low oil message he was able to get me in the next day to get it looked at. You can't a Once I contacted Joey Kestermann about my 2016 X5 displaying a low oil message he was able to get me in the next day to get it looked at. You can't ask for better service than that. My 2016 X5 is an awesome car, I just don't understand why it burnt off 2 qts of oil in 2,600 miles. According to the mechanic "those twin turbos just burn oil", but that much? I've never had a turbo charged car before, so maybe... it just seems like a lot. Like I said tho, Joey got me in super fast, and everyone there was very pleasant. I don't think I could have asked for better service. More
