On my last visit I knew I only had time for what I had scheduled but I had noticed several other things that I wanted noted so there would be a record of it. He later quoted me work that he claimed was due that I already had done then tried to load up a bunch of work that is high profit low value work. On top of that I was charged for a tire rotation even though I had purchased the set of tires less than a year ago. If I had bought them anywhere else I'd have lifetime balance and rotation but bought them from you to try and continue a good service relationship. I will probably rethink that. Also as usual they left something in the vehicle, the number tag on the rearview mirror. they usually leave that and the paper floor mat and seat cover. More
