I already had financing secured, but they still had us waiting for hours. They were unfriendly and came across as rude in both their tone and approach toward me and my husband. Recently came in the market for a new car, decided to just do it the old fashioned way. Drove up to the dealership and was instantly greeted by a warm welcome and an energetic young man named Ivan.
