Working with Frank and Melissa was a breeze. I visited three other dealers while shopping and told Frank that I was exhausted from negotiating that evening, so I wanted to get his final and bes I visited three other dealers while shopping and told Frank that I was exhausted from negotiating that evening, so I wanted to get his final and best offer. I got the quote and went to a competitor to check once more. The competitor said to go with Toyota's offer. Needless to say, we returned and closed the deal with Melissa and Frank. Finance was also very smooth with the standard extended warranty offers. We were in and out for the closing in an hour. More
