Incredible Customer Service I purchased a used Acura MDX from Pat Lobb Toyota. It was the best car buying experience i believe i had ever had. Talk about going above and beyond. I purchased a used Acura MDX from Pat Lobb Toyota. It was the best car buying experience i believe i had ever had. Talk about going above and beyond... I was currently without transportation and found this car over the internet. Sent in my pre-approval and was instantly contacted by Braden Sjoblom and set up an appointment to discuss the vehicle. My neighbor was kind enough to drive me to the dealership, only for me to realize that i had left my wallet in my daughter's car. I did the paper work and left with my friend to head back to my house. My original plan was to Uber back with my wallet and complete my purchase. Braden called me and said that they would rather come pick me back up and bring me back and save the $50 Uber Fee! I was floored... If they are willing to go to that trouble to help me out with a used car not even part of their flagship dealership model imagine what this group will do for you to sell you a Toyota!!!!
