Don’t do business with these crooks. After many lies, cheats, and ghosting, they have robbed me of 10’s of thousands of dollars. They are crooks, and will steal your money, beware!!! My vehicle, sold by them, unfortunately needed an engine replace <100k miles. I brought it back in at ~160k miles, I was told it needed ANOTHER engine replace - $9K, several months to finish, I was told they would not loan me a car during the repair period, and I was ushered to their sales department to buy another vehicle. Between the fact that they were going to give me next to nothing on trade in (the one thing I don’t fault them with given its state) and the fact that it was going to take “months” to replace the engine, I decided to buy new and repair the vehicle so I could sell it on my own for far more than they wanted to give me. Days later, they shockingly “finished” the repair. I picked it up to the tune of $12k when I was quoted $9k, only to discover the transmission was shot and it was going to be thousands more in repair costs. I complained to the shop manager who agreed I was overcharged but then proceeded to ghost me. Never again will I do business with any of the McGrath crooks. I would rather drive to Alaska and buy another vehicle than do business with these clowns. More

Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection and everything else they say they do for the money. When I drove home, I noticed grease and grime hand print on the dash board as well as on the headlin everything else they say they do for the money. When I drove home, I noticed grease and grime hand print on the dash board as well as on the headliner in several places. I left a review when they sent me a questionnaire letting them know what I saw thinking maybe the service department might call me to rectify the problem. Well, that didn't happen, crickets from McGrath service center. Obviously the mechanic who serviced my car made the marks on the headliner as well as the dash board so it would be quite easy for them to discuss with them to avoid in the future as well as contact me and ask how McGrath can make things right with me. Never happened which is why I'm now leaving a negative review. Maybe someone from McGrath will call me as they have my number and discuss options of what they will do for me to rectify the grease and grime on my headliner. I have not attempted to clean it as I don't want to make it worse and I have to believe that they have a trick or a way to clean up their mess. Let's see if anyone calls now as I don't think I'll be going back with this kind of service. More
