I live an hour away from McGrath. Drove up there after working with a Salesman for a couple weeks over the phone. didn't get what I wanted cuz realistically I couldn't afford it but I got the next best th working with a Salesman for a couple weeks over the phone. didn't get what I wanted cuz realistically I couldn't afford it but I got the next best thing . I have been there three times and were not so good experiences. The sales women did a great job, it’s just the vehicles. The first time I went there I got a car that didn’t have no air so I had to do experiences. The sales women did a great job, it’s just the vehicles. The first time I went there I got a car that didn’t have no air so I had to do a trade in and got another car that 4 months later the head gasket blew. This time I go as to which I live three hours away so kinda doing everything over the phone and so I get approved and get a car and the test drive was good and then I get to heading home and there’s a clunking noise coming from the front drivers side tire so I take it back and they cant fix it right away and give me a loaner to drive so I waste the gas going all the way home and come back and get it and it drove ok to start off and now it grinds really bad on the same tire. Hoping it don’t cost much to fix. I would leave this place as your last option. I really don’t think they check there cars they bring in all that great. So I take this back not even 6 months later as I paid 10,900 for it and they say well if you get a lower car we will give ya 6000 for it and if ya get a new we will give ya 10k for it and so we had a deal on a cheaper car and they take my money as it was on a Saturday and they call me on Monday and say that it wasn’t gonna work and they have 4 other options at the same price monthly payment so then 4 hours later they call back and say well they have a newer car but it’s 160 more than what I said my budget was. Yes this company will stuff down payments down your throat and try real hard at getting you to pay higher than you can and they try really hard at stuffing there high price warranty’s to you too. They sell lemons and there maintenance is horrible as there hasn’t been a car I got from there that didn’t have a problem with it. If your thinking about it and in the area go to billion auto or some where else. Over priced cars and xxxx poor service. Please spread there word so it don’t happen to anyone else. I know I won’t ever go back. More

Extremely disappointed with the Chevyland Service department and supervisors SRS light came on in our truck we just bought from them one month ago Called to get in ASAP due to safety concern department and supervisors SRS light came on in our truck we just bought from them one month ago Called to get in ASAP due to safety concern and could tell immediately Service wasn’t interested in getting it fixed today or anytime this weekend because they were so busy(not true, friend works service and told me to call because they were dead). I then asked to drop it off and get a loaner until ours is fixed and told “we don’t have any” again false! Asked to speak with manager due to safety concern and advisor said he’d have her call. She (Melissa C) called I missed it, she left voicemail, I called back and it’s now 6p and she still hasn’t called. I called back at 4:45p asked for her again and receptionist said she didn’t know where she was, I then asked her Melissa’s supervisor and she said “well she is the supervisor” I told her that I’d like Melissa’s supervisor and she said “well I don’t know where he is” and I had to ask her to try and find him. 🤦♀️ She transferred me over to Kia because she “thought” he might be there and he wasn’t... But Kyle was and after explaining to him the situation apologized and said come on over I will get you in a loaner and get the truck fixed. Thank you Kyle! And sorry you had to correct Melissa and teams poor customer service More

I bought a 14 silverado first week of April. I worked with Rick Miller. Just wanted to say what a top notch guy. Answered all my questions was not pushy just an all around nice experience working with hi with Rick Miller. Just wanted to say what a top notch guy. He even sat down with me during the negotiating and we had some fun doing that..fyi I like the negotiating process. Alex in finance was another great guy. He explained everything thoroughly and stayed late to get the paperwork done so I could drive the truck home. This is the second truck I've bought from McGrath and will be back...
