I liked that Tyler didn't try to push me to get a quick sale. I looked at several vehicles and drove a few different ones. I found a 2012 Equinox and I love it! Tyler made sure the Equinox was ready to go on the day we picked it up. I only gave 3 stars because the gentleman who did our paperwork for the Equinox was not people friendly at all. He never smiled and was very impersonal. We had questions about the title transfer and realized we it was done differently. We apologized and the gentleman didn't even acknowledge our apology. I will not deal with McGrath again if we have to deal with him. More

I told then them what was wrong and asked what they could do to help. Ben Rasnak and Derick Fox found me an Equinox which had special GM pricing. Both my wife and I liked it , they gave me a good trade in value on the Avalanche. Keagan Russell made the paperwork as painless a possible.
