I was impressed with the courtesy shown me by Paul when he introduced himself and every time I talked with him. He listened to me in regard to what I wanted for a car, and never once "pressured" me towards he introduced himself and every time I talked with him. He listened to me in regard to what I wanted for a car, and never once "pressured" me towards any specific model. When I asked for one kind, he would find it and we would drive it. He was knowledgeable and most patient with me each time I visited the dealership. Tim was also courteous and patient, and both of them were most personable and made me feel comfortable. I also appreciated their consideration in giving me and my family the privacy to "talk it over" before making the final decision. Denny Zimmerman was very proactive in assisting with my car search. He took the time to become familiar with what I was looking for and sent updates on vehicles he thought would fit my needs.
