I was a victim of identity theft, and still had some negative things on my credit, when I walked into the dealership. I did not plan on driving off the lot with a new car. Other places have treated me like an irresponsible, low-lifer, because of my credit. Not one person at Pat McGrath made me feel bad about my past situation. They were encouraging, they listened to me, and they were so friendly. I ended up driving off the lot with a new Cruz that night. The next day, Kristin called to say they worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I about dropped the phone when she said how low they were able to get the interest rate. I knew they worked hard and went above and beyond. It was greatly appreciated. As for Billy Lahr's service, I couldn't have asked for anything different. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. He explained all of the features of the Cruz and made sure I understood everything. I also appreciated the fact that he had me take a curvy side road, so that I could experience how the car handled, when we were test driving it.
