We only test drove one car and the whole process lasted more then 8 hours! The financing took over 3 hours alone which was awful, I wish I had just walked out at that point because it should not take this more then 8 hours! Worst experience ever and I will never go back to McGrath. We purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago and still get calls weekly because the financing was not done correctly and still have not received the refund check for the amount over the pay off of our loan. This all took place on a Saturday at the Kia store and most dealerships should expect that it will be busy on a Saturday and should have more staff on hand to help out with financing process. Also, they act like no one has bought a car from them that has a PO Box for a mailing address. We told them several times we have a PO Box and they still sent something to our physical address which was returned back to them. More

I would like to thank both of them for helping with the purchase. This Enclave was to replace my wife's Old's Van. We had a great experience buying a 2012 Terrain. Our salesman Mark was outstanding. We told him what we were looking for and he brought the vehicle inside for us to look at.
