Unfortunately, I recommend you try another dealer unless you want to loose money on your trade. I have a 2015 ram that kbb says is worth 15605-18074 trade value. The dealer asked what I still owed on my truck, red flag, which was 10000 dollars. After about an hour of wasting my time they said we can give you what you owe on your truck, 10000! What a bunch of crooks. I bet you would like to make 5000- 8000 on my trade. Buyer beware, be informed on what your vehicle is worth before dealing with these people or better yet save your time and don’t deal with them. More

Service dept lacks much to be desired. I've caught service advisors in long drawn out lie and the advisor is, unfortunately, still employed there.
