It took a while but he found us what we wanted after I'd even written McGrath off as an option due to their stock. He was extremely patient and attentive during the whole process. Out of the 6+ sales people at various dealers I dealt with on my recent purchase, he was heads and shoulders above the rest and I will definitely make him my first call in the future for car shopping. Salesman very unprofessional. Luckily I love the car itself. The finance department was awful. Knew Husband was coming to sing papers and didn't even have them started nor ready but salesman was ting deal to close before end if month1-2 days. I called my bank, saved almost 12,000 and it only took 15 minutes to receive all the paperwork( ) finance also very very rude to my personal loan officer. Will drive 200 miles before I ever shop at his dealership again for anything. Also purchasing my own wheels that match and remove the McGrath sticker. Don't want people to know I bought my car there and will never recommend them to anyone More

Very personable and knowledgeable about the Jeep I was trying to buy. After we were completely done with buying my wife's Jeep, he sent her flowers to thank her for our business. She was blown away and said to me, "we've bought a lot of cars (yep, lots) and I've never received flowers from the salesperson before, I'm blown away, they're beautiful and smell great!" Needless to say, I think Jacob and McGrath will have a repeat customer for sure. Thanks for the Jeep and the experience! More
