Best Purchase Experience I've had. Should have gone sooner! I made a mistake by never giving this place a shot. I'll admit, I based my thoughts off hearsay, and not from my own experience. My truck was in for a I made a mistake by never giving this place a shot. I'll admit, I based my thoughts off hearsay, and not from my own experience. My truck was in for a computer update, and I asked the service department to get me a trade quote while it was there. They introduced me to Stephen Ochs who immediately put me at ease by approaching me like a human being and not like a quick dollar sign. He gave me an honest trade quote for my 2014 RAM 1500 Ecodiesel, which caught me off guard as I was prepared for the traditional low ball offer. Stephen was very understanding that I had a lot going on, and agreed to contact me through email. Over the next month and a half, I emailed back and forth weekly with Stephen and Mark Updegraff, the New Car Sales Director about a truck currently on their lot. The numbers were GREAT, and their patience was even better, but as most would, I expected those numbers too good to be true, and put them off. Eventually I told them if the numbers I was told, were the exact numbers I would see upon arrival, I would be right in. I don't like surprises during the process and I didn't run into any. When I arrived, everybody from Stephen, Mark, and the finance guys, treated me just like Stephen did that first day. I didn't feel like a dollar sign for the first time while purchasing. Stephen was great, and kept me informed about the vehicle and McGrath services available to me. He made sure my truck was filled, detailed, and had my plates changed before I left the lot. This is the last place I pictured me buying from, and ended up being the easiest to deal with. I didn't have to talk my way to my price. I didn't have to defend any dispute on numbers given to me. They gave me their lowest numbers the first go around and they honored their word. I would have saved the emailing and came in sooner had I known it would be this easy. I will definitely be back because of the honesty shown by Stephen and Mark, which I would have never found had I kept listening to hearsay. More
