It is terrible to hear that your experience with us did not go as you would have liked. We do take your concern very serious and will discuss this with our staff. Automotive Financing is an area that varies from individual to individual and from vehicle to vehicle. Each customer that we speak with will qualify for a different program as well as each vehicle. Due to the fact that we are not the financial institution lending the money, we do not set the exact perimeters of the loan. Our goal is to have you come back to see us for all of your vehicle purchases because we know that is what has kept us in business for 60 years and will continue to do so for many years to come.
