Absolute BEST Experience! My husband and I were referred to Don Kalie at Pat Milliken Ford just last week from my father and extended family. Don has sold them all of their veh My husband and I were referred to Don Kalie at Pat Milliken Ford just last week from my father and extended family. Don has sold them all of their vehicles for several years now. When I first spoke with Don VIA phone he was extremely nice and helpful. For two days, I continued to call Don asking several questions. He always answered my questions with a very positive and honest answer. He never once asked us to make an appointment to come see him. He just said, "whenever you're ready, just let me know and I will make sure I am available". We finally decided to go see Don on a Thursday evening. When we arrived, he had both vehicles we wanted to test drive pulled up and ready for us. I even decided at the last minute to test drive another vehicle (which ended up being the one we leased). It was 8:45 pm and they closed at 9:00 pm. He had the car pulled up and ready for us to test drive at 8:50 pm. We decided that was the vehicle we were going to lease. The next morning, Don called me right away and said, I am having your remote start put in, the paperwork is going through and you will be all set for pick up in a few hours. My husband and I got there at 1:00 pm. We signed all of our paperwork and just as we were done, they pulled the car up fully washed, full tank of gas and ready for their tech team to go over the wonderful perks of our new car. I have to say, Don was by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with. Not only has he been with Pat Milliken Ford for over 20 years, he also is NOT pushy, does not try to upsell you on anything and is just very friendly, understanding and such a pleasure to work with. THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE! :) We highly recommend Don Kalie if you're looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. You will not be disappointed. :) More
