Any time I have taken my car into service, they come and let me know how the service on the car is coming along and if they found any other issues. One time, I needed a new tire and it seemed like it was ta let me know how the service on the car is coming along and if they found any other issues. One time, I needed a new tire and it seemed like it was taking forever. Joey DeSantis kept checking on me and how the service was coming along. They also have a wonderful door to door service. At the time of my oil change, I was not able to get out due to illness at the time and they came and picked up my car and had the oil change done and a recall taken care of and brought the car back later in the day. The person let me know when he arrived at the dealership and called me to give me a heads up that he was heading back to my home. I have gone the Pat Milikin for years and overall I am very happy with their service. More
