Though I am happy to have purchased the new bronco sport in the color and trim I was looking for at MSRP, that was about the only pleasant part of making a purchase here. Zac was great and friendly before I picked up my vehicle, however, afterwards was a complete mess. He promised and failed to ship my license plate to me after my purchase (it took over 2 weeks to get to me). I asked him numerous times about the cost of an after market accessory and he literally just never responded. I asked multiple times when the pay off for the used car I sold them would post to my account with Toyota and it took so long I was hit with late fees (that Toyota thankfully reimbursed). I had to call the dealerships manager to figure out what was going on and why things were taking so incredibly long because Zac did not pick up when I called and failed to respond to all my text inquiries. I let all of that slide but now I’m livid because my temp plates have now expired and I was told by Zac I could not legally put my old plates on my new car until I had the paperwork from the DMV which I still don’t have and it’s been a month. My first payment is due and I literally cant pay it because I don’t have my account number. I’m furious with the lack of customer service after they made a sale at this dealership. Don’t buy here it’s more of a headache than it’s worth. More
