Customer satisfaction comes first Vanessa showed me numerous vehicles and even though I had guaranteed financing, she let me know that Ford Motor Credit could get me a better interest Vanessa showed me numerous vehicles and even though I had guaranteed financing, she let me know that Ford Motor Credit could get me a better interest rate and they did. After purchasing my vehicle I discovered my girlfriend had an allergic reaction to a smell in the car. Vanessa arranged to have the car taken in and checked to remove the smell in question while giving me a rental car.
