Experienced a transmission problem literally on the last day of warranty coverage. Called Ford Warranty and they said it HAS to go to a dealership today and have a work order started today to be covered. I day of warranty coverage. I called the closest dealership, said they don't have a transmission tech and turned down the work. Called next closest dealership, said they are setting appointments 4 months out and that I can't take it to them today to start a work order, I'd have to make the appointment and wait 4 months (which would be past warranty). Finally called Pat Miliken and explained the situation. I was told to get down there before they close and they'd handle the rest. Pulled in one hour before they closed, the wrote up the paperwork and told me that it might take a couple of weeks before they could look at it BUT I technically had it in service and if the issue was covered under warranty, I'd be covered. Such a stressful day until I contacted Pat Miliken Ford. I wish I could remember the employees names, might have been Julie and Juliet.. I don't remember but I am so thankful that they were willing to help. More
Worst Service department! I should have learned my lesson from the last few times I have had my Vehicle serviced there. They make apt for next day then tell you every day that they have not looked at your Vehicle yet and this lasts for days, for me weeks. Juliet Guertin is RUDE, and always has an attitude. Prior to her even seeing my Vehicle which is still under warranty is already taking about charging me to look at it because service engines light is on without knowing the issue. Bill Brown ford may be 2-3 weeks out but they are Honest and wont hold the Vehicle for days with out looking at it. Would never recommend ever going for any Service! More

They charged an outrageous price to fix my wipers, but I kinda got roped into it because they broke my windshield while diagnosing the issue. So, I had to leave it overnight for them to replace the windshi kinda got roped into it because they broke my windshield while diagnosing the issue. So, I had to leave it overnight for them to replace the windshield. (But, they gave me $10 off if labor for my troubles 😒). Then, when I picked it up today, there was debris all over my dashboard from the windshield, and glue smudges all over the inside of the new windshield. The only reason I gave two stars is because the Service guy was polite. But, no way I'm going back there. Very sloppy workmanship. More

Took vehicle in for warranty work and oil change. Warranty work seemed to be completed correctly. For the oil change a bolt and nut didn’t get put back on an oil filter access cover and lug nuts we Warranty work seemed to be completed correctly. For the oil change a bolt and nut didn’t get put back on an oil filter access cover and lug nuts were never tightened down and one lug nut fell off and almost lost two others, all 24 lug nuts were loose. Service manager got me new lug nuts and the other bolt and nut that was lost, so they resolved the issue. I’ve been dealing with Pat Milliken’s service department for 9 years and I will not any more. EVERY TIME I take my vehicle it’s damaged in some way or poor work that I correct because why would I think the people that did the poor work the first time would do better the second time. Damage includes chipped paint, scratches on the interior, work not done when problem was very obvious. Some service writers are programmed to say NO regardless. The collision department isn’t much better. I’m had poor work done there every time I’ve been there, but that poor work doesn’t show up until later. Things like windows leak after reinstalled, plastic parts with die flashing on it painted over instead of removing before painting. Great Sales Department but Service and Collision SUCK! More
