Quick but very thorough and very very nice people ! I have bought more new vehicles then the average person and at all other dealerships 3 off the top of my head ..all till Pat Milliken made me regret I have bought more new vehicles then the average person and at all other dealerships 3 off the top of my head ..all till Pat Milliken made me regret going to the dealer even with warranty! Now because of my last two vehicles I have a all new respect for dealers Pat Milliken most of my experience is from service....and that is where you easily can loose a customer! Spending in my case in 2012 a vehicle that was just under 64000.thousand dollars you never want to hear ( Well that's all we can do ) this dealer has not only never said that but fixed it every time and a few times they have said it will be a few days take this vehicle and go home and we will contact you ......Mr.Godfrey and Mr.Lyons and all the write up crew outstanding....I tell everyone and I have a friend that is (retired now ) service Manger that that was nice but Pat Milliken goes way past the just what tge book says ..... Spent 3 days waiting for service, after waiting 3+ weeks for an apt. In the end, nothing was found wrong of the 2 issues raised. However, the rear seat motor now works? I guess it was a miracle, as the seat did not work when I brought it in. I was happy to get the car back after 3 days of "weak" communication. I was promised a car drop off, but that too never happened. Asst. Service Manager, Drew, was sympatric, and offered to look at the car later, if I could bring it back in. but I was again disappointed waiting 3 days for someone to get to my car, and I did not want to tie up any additional time unless a problem reappeared. I bought my vehicle from them but won't buy another because of service department. Besides the normal dealership excuses "we can't duplicate it or that's within the normal sound" try calling and gettin because of service department. Use their online appointment and is freezes on the calendar date selection. Finally get a person and have them tell you " oh its a transmission issue? we can't get you in until Jan.? Called another dealership and then had me in the next Monday. Not just one incident, I'm not usually over critical, but I am not exaggerating. You will see and be disappointed. More
Dropped my truck off Monday evening. Wednesday morning I checked in on my truck ,and I find it sitting in front of one of there employees houses for over twenty minutes.
