They said it was superficial and it wouldn't be much to go to a body shop and have them grind and repaint. To their credit, they took $500 off the price to cover that job. I took it to multiple body shops and they found some more spots on the body where rust had penetrated through (frame is okay). This job to ensure that the truck won't rust from the bottom up is an additional estimated $3,500. I don't know whether they just didn't inspect the vehicle as thoroughly as they should have or if I was truely duped. Either way, I have had this truck 24 hours and I'm already $4K in the hole. Everyone seemed nice but I honestly don't know what to believe anymore with these folks. More

Asked about a Safety Inspection report or any notes on my new vehicle. Was told everything was fine and all service was up-to-date. Less than 10 miles from the dealership, console warnings about needing to service the Tire Pressure Monitoring System AND Service Rear Axle were being displayed. How hard would it have been to tell me this up front?!? More
Buyer beward Psa: Buyer beware, My husband and I went to look at the possibility of getting a new car yesterday from Serpentini Chevrolet Medina formerly known as Psa: Buyer beware, My husband and I went to look at the possibility of getting a new car yesterday from Serpentini Chevrolet Medina formerly known as Pat O'Brien Medina. I am a nurse working in a local hospital and we were attracted to the "first responders discount" as advertised. Well we owned a new Chevy Equinox for about 14 hours, but after careful review of our contract last night, we realized that our sales guy added not only a hidden extended warranty but also a "three for one" extra charge. An extra $3,200 charge to our end bill. These items were presented to us as "no cost" because we had an extended wait time to see the finance department and because I am the daughter of a 20+ year GM employee. Please note we were very happy with the GM Equinox and hope in the future to find another. However, it was not worth it to us to be lied to and tricked into paying an extra $3,200 when were mislead. We decided to return our new vehicle in an effort to prevent that salesman from earning commission off of us. It's sad that even during this time someone is trying to pull a fast one over on a first responder let alone any customer. More
