I also bought a Chevy Malibu 3 yrs ago and was looking to trade it in for a newer car. I walked in and was greeted at the door by one of the salesman who got Mike for me. I told him what I was looking for and what I was trading in. He showed me different vehicles and we talked about my options. We filled out the paperwork and he began to see what my best option was. With him and the other salesman there they worked for hours to get me what I wanted. He showed me around the service dept and told me if I have any questions about anything please call.
