Shady scammers I've never had a good experience at this dealership. I had a timing chain that broke 3 years ago. Made me have to get a newly refurbished engine becau I've never had a good experience at this dealership. I had a timing chain that broke 3 years ago. Made me have to get a newly refurbished engine because possible unconfirmed damage to the engine. Total - $5,000. The new engine did come with a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty though. So now 2 months and 40k miles out from the end of warranty my main mechanic (not at dealership) says he can hear the timing chain slapping around in the chamber so something is going bad obviously. So obviously i take the car to the dealership where it's covered under the warranty. Que the circus act. First i schedule my appointment for a Thursday, go to the appointment just be told to come back the following day because they want the same tech who worked on it 3 years ago to work on it again. Apparently no one else other than this one guy is qualified to look at engines. So i come in the following day, go back over my problem that the timing chain is making noise and even the service person who pulled in the vehicle said she heard the ticking. After 6.5 hours of having my car they told me it's not the engine it's the fuel pump. Completely unrelated. Noise from the front of the car does not come from the back of the car that is within the gas tank. Upon taking my concern to the manager Rusty, he tried to tell me that it's normal for engines to make noises. Are you serious!? It's not at all normal, which is what i told him, and he was nothing but dismissive about all my rebuttals for his argument. He did everything in his power to get out of the warranty responsibility, because they know im at the end of it. Shady, and very dishonest people there. DO NOT take your car there to get serviced! More

disappointing 2 x truck went in for oil change and recall , both time they didn't have the recall part . Oil change and tire valve replacement I have been nothing but impressed with Pat O'Brien! In particular Jim Shaw who helped me find the right car for me on a very tight time limit, helped I have been nothing but impressed with Pat O'Brien! In particular Jim Shaw who helped me find the right car for me on a very tight time limit, helped me set up the wireless settings before I left that night, to calling me monthly just to check in. The service department was very courteous and efficient when I came in for the oil change and the Tire low pressure light. They had my on my way in no time. I highly recommend Pat O'Brien!! More
