If I could give zero stars I would Worst experience ever.....if I could I would give zero stars. I went there for a simple repair that was supposed to be covered under a recall. However Worst experience ever.....if I could I would give zero stars. I went there for a simple repair that was supposed to be covered under a recall. However when I got there they said the recall expired 10,000 miles ago. That of course makes zero sense but what could I do. Then on top of that, even though I knew what was wrong they wanted to charge me a $100 diagnostic fee on top of the cost to fix the issue. I of course spoke with the manager but only thing he did was push me off to the 1-800 number. Do not go to this dealership for anything. Even though I only dealt with service, I can only imagine what lies the sales people will tell since this place has no idea about customer service. More

Painlesd Had an odor from the heater. Made appt and then showed up on the wrong day. Instead of making me reschedule, they fixed my car right there, gave me a Had an odor from the heater. Made appt and then showed up on the wrong day. Instead of making me reschedule, they fixed my car right there, gave me a ride home and picked me up when they were done. Best yet, no charge because it was covered under warranty. They replaced the water pump and water outlet. The repairs seem to have stopped the odor. when I got home I realized I lost my cell phone. My service rep found it and when I returned she ran it out to my car. More
