The worst customer service I have ever received from any dealership. Salesman was very rude from the beginning. I had to learn they don’t negotiate. When I gave my final offer the salesman flipped his pen i dealership. Salesman was very rude from the beginning. I had to learn they don’t negotiate. When I gave my final offer the salesman flipped his pen in the air and said “we are done”. The sales manager was willing to listen but did nothing to make it right. Still waiting on a call from the General manager. All I wanted is the car of my dreams, and all they could see was $$$$$. If I treated my patients in my hospital that way, I would be on an unemployment line. Next time, if your are having a bad day, stay HOME. This company has sincerely lost my business. More

The demon in human clothing named Ross was nice enough to finance a truck with me for $17,000 after he LIED about giving it a safety inspection... Terrible experience with their sales lady, Gayle Goodwin. She was very rude and acted like we were bothering her in our request. Upon submitting our request for a vehicle from Michigan to the Ohio dealershi She was very rude and acted like we were bothering her in our request. Upon submitting our request for a vehicle from Michigan to the Ohio dealership, we completed a credit application working with somebody from their online sales team. We had 5 different people all contacting us about the same exact thing, none of them talking to each other. At one point they couldn’t find our application and then we got stuck with Gayle. Her lack of professionalism and customer service made us go in a different direction. Now more than ever customer service needs to be top notch. When you have a rude employee, it’s a poor reflection on your business. The dealership manager was very nice and embarrassed to hear about one of his sales people acting this way. Good job Gayle Goodwin, you lost your dealership 2 car sales! If I ran that dealership, you would be fired. If you decide to go hear, ask for anyone other than Gayle Goodwin! More
