Hugh was honest and sincere. Asked us what we wanted Hugh was quite helpful and provided us with honest feedback and recommendations after he asked us questions to assess our needs. He was sincere. And we appreciated that. We test drove a few cars and we purchased the spark which based on ours needs and expenses was the right price. Hugh had to get the car from Medina -Rich sent him. Would have preferred a service person or Rich going - or have it delivered by Medina store. Hugh had to be gone for a log while and we didn’t think that was fair to send the salesperson. Just being honest. Loved Hugh. Respectful young man More
