Adam in the finance department was also a wonderful and genuine help. He did an amazing job in explaining all of the financial aspects of buying my vehicle and was very knowledgeable regarding the different options and/or choices that came with my specific buy. We were there recently for a recall item and figured we’d get an oil change while we were there. It took them 30 minutes just to check us in! Some employees were standing around doing nothing! The employees are so RUDE there! The cashier from Avon Lake with the crew cut didn’t even say thank you! She must not realize that WE are her paycheck! They completely LACK customer service! They have done away with complimentary car washes (unless your car is being serviced) and wouldn’t even accept a Chevy Dealership $5 coupon on an oil change! Our daughter got an email saying her car needed service. My husband called about it. They put him through to a voicemail. No one had the courtesy to even return his call. No customer service. At all! I hope I don’t get any more recalls! If we do, we will definitely go to another dealership! More

Each transaction was straightforward, fairly priced with honest, easy to understand I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Pat O'brien over the years. Each transaction was straightforward, fairly priced with honest, easy to understand pricing. I always enjoyed my interaction with the sales people and sales manager. Never felt pressured, used or abused. To be honest, they ALWAYS beat any other deal I could negotiate within driving range. They went out of their way to secure the options I was looking for on my Tahoes, and didn't try to shoe horn me into what they had on their lot. Fair, honest and customer oriented is my continuing assessment. Their service department made required recalls in a timely and effective fashion. The very few under warranty defects I had repaired, were also done with timeliness and efficiency. All in all, this is the dealership I go to without reservation. I think you will enjoy your experience there. More
