Misleading We were purchasing a car for our son and over the phone, the salesperson (Sam) said they would match the price of the car we had seen at another deale We were purchasing a car for our son and over the phone, the salesperson (Sam) said they would match the price of the car we had seen at another dealership. I was sitting next to my husband listening to the phone conversation. Later, when speaking with the Manager, Tony, he informed us that Sam reported that he did not say this. He had reported that their dealership was worth the difference in price. Tony did offer my son free oil changes for a year. When we reminded Sam about this when we went in to purchase the vehicle, he said he would speak with Tony about the offer he made on oil changes. He also did some quick talking about how it would be a complimentary oil change one time. Regardless, he never said another word about it. At that point, we were just done. Although we purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, we would hope not to do so again, nor would we recommend this dealership. Kamal could not have been nicer. More

There was some confusion when I made an appointment as I thought I was speaking with the Westlake dealership but apparently had been connected to the There was some confusion when I made an appointment as I thought I was speaking with the Westlake dealership but apparently had been connected to the Willoughby dealer. When I arrived at Westlake they couldn't find my appointment and then we figured out what had happened. They were very accommodating and took my car in right away. I had a nail on the inside wall of one of my Michelin tires on my new Equinox and needed a new tire that day. They got me new tire and also did a complimentary oil change that I had not been scheduled for. They even washed my car for me. Excellent service. More
