Urgent Maintenace Request I was able to contact Pat O'Brien Chevrolet-West to get a tire replacement on my Impala the same day. Not only were they able to get me in for the ti I was able to contact Pat O'Brien Chevrolet-West to get a tire replacement on my Impala the same day. Not only were they able to get me in for the tire, they also did my routine maintence so I didn't have to make an extra trip.
