My name is Keith Wade Paker I bought a Nissian Rogue last month from this dealership I signed contract and was given key to auto a few days ago I got a call you have to return auto your financing didn't go t month from this dealership I signed contract and was given key to auto a few days ago I got a call you have to return auto your financing didn't go through so today I returned auto to them I paid $2,500.00 down in which I didn't get back as promised by Jay Griffin he told me yesterday they would give me cash back the whole $2,500.00 I was told they couldn't verify my employment because they never callled company I work for has caller id just like all business this has been the sorriest experience with a car dealership I have ever had what idiot in finance has your leave in auto without proper financing yours truly Jay Griffin and that is my opinion of him this has created an extreme hardship on myself and my family don't do business with these people they can't get there act together! I am totally upset seeking legal help on this matter they broke law by not giving my money back . Beware of there business practice! Don't get in same situation I did ! More
