During this process, what I appreciated most about Angelo Tramuta was his ability to make a genuine connection between me and my family. There were no over-the-top gestures, no pushy sales tactics, just an overall positive and relaxed environment. Throughout our time together, Angelo was devoted to ensuring all members of my family had the most pleasurable experience. The man went to the lengths of purchasing several bags of Doritos because my daughter said she was hungry at the time and Doritos were her favorite snack. Now, my daughter is Angelo’s #1 fan. Once my decision on which vehicle to move forward was made, the next steps were simple. Finance typically has a negative stigma due to its pushy upselling nature however Zain Merchant was great to work with. There was no full-court press and someone offering warranties you don’t need. Zain took the time by asking effective clarifying questions about my anticipated usage of the car and offered a very reasonable package to consider.
